Eydenn Host Terms

Version 2026-06

By submitting a host application, you agree to the following terms. Eydenn is a selective, quality-controlled platform: no property is published without Eydenn's validation.

1. Commission

Eydenn charges a commission on each confirmed booking (12% during launch, then 15% standard / 18% Signature). The host receives the amount net of commission.

2. Monthly payout

Hosts are paid once a month, only on confirmed and completed bookings, after deduction of the Eydenn commission and any refunds, cancellations or disputes.

3. Quality & accurate information

• Provide accurate information about the property, rooms, prices and availability.
• Provide real, non-misleading photos.
• Keep availability up to date.
• No fake or duplicate listings.

4. Cancellations & refunds

You must define clear cancellation conditions and honor the applicable refund rules.

5. Eydenn controls

Eydenn may pause a property or suspend a host in case of breach (false information, misleading photos, inconsistent prices, unavailable rooms, abusive cancellations, misconduct, unresolved disputes, payment issues).

6. Validation

Every property is submitted for review and only goes live once validated by Eydenn.
