Terms of Sale

1. Scope

These Terms of Sale govern accommodation bookings made via Eydenn between a traveler and a host. Any booking implies full acceptance of these terms.

2. Eydenn's role

Eydenn acts as a technical intermediary facilitating booking and payment. The accommodation contract is concluded directly between the traveler and the host. Eydenn charges a commission on each confirmed booking.

3. Booking

  • A booking is confirmed once payment is validated or accepted by the host, depending on the chosen method.
  • A confirmation email summarizing the stay is sent to the traveler.
  • The traveler is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

4. Price and payment

  • Prices are shown in euros (€), including any applicable taxes depending on the property.
  • Online payment is securely processed by our provider Stripe. Eydenn stores no card data.
  • The booking is final only once payment is validated (for online payments).

5. Eydenn commission

Eydenn charges a commission on each confirmed booking. It covers the matchmaking service, quality control, support and visibility. The net amount due to the host equals the booking amount less this commission.

6. Cancellation and refund

  • Cancellation conditions depend on each property's own policy, shown on its page.
  • For an eligible cancellation, refunds are processed according to those conditions.
  • A traveler may cancel from their account; a cancellation confirmation email is sent.

7. Host payouts

Net amounts due to hosts are calculated automatically and paid out under the Eydenn host program terms (monthly statements).

8. Visibility option (Boost)

Hosts may purchase paid promotion options ("Boost"). These are billed separately, paid online, and activated for a set duration.

9. Claims and disputes

In case of difficulty, travelers and hosts are encouraged to contact Eydenn support (eydenn.af@gmail.com), which may facilitate an amicable resolution. Failing that, disputes fall under the competent courts.

10. Changes

Eydenn may amend these terms. The applicable terms are those in force at the booking date.
