1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Eydenn platform. By accessing or using the site, you agree to comply with them.

2. Definitions

  • Eydenn: a platform for booking accommodation in Africa.
  • Host: a user offering accommodation for booking.
  • Traveler: a user searching for and booking accommodation.
  • Service: all features provided by Eydenn.

3. Access to the service

Eydenn connects hosts and travelers.

  • Hosts must provide accurate information about their properties.
  • Travelers must comply with the host's booking conditions.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Account and security

An account is required for certain features. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and must notify us of any unauthorized use.

5. Host commitments

  • Accurately describe the property, rooms, prices and availability.
  • Honor confirmed bookings.
  • Comply with applicable local regulations.
  • Accept the Eydenn host program terms (commission, payouts).

6. Traveler commitments

  • Provide accurate information when booking.
  • Respect the property's rules.
  • Pay the amount due under the agreed terms.

7. Reviews

Reviews may only be submitted by travelers who completed a stay. They are subject to moderation. Any false, abusive or fraudulent review may be removed.

8. Intellectual property

Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant Eydenn a license to use it for operating and promoting the service. Unauthorized use of content is prohibited.

9. Liability

Eydenn is an intermediary platform. We are not a party to the accommodation contract between host and traveler and cannot be held liable for disputes, property conditions or stay conditions.

10. Prohibited conduct

  • Posting false or misleading information.
  • Fraudulent transactions or illegal activities.
  • Harassing or harming others.
  • Bypassing security measures or accessing unauthorized data.

11. Account suspension and deletion

Eydenn may suspend or delete an account in case of breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile.

12. Changes

Eydenn may amend these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to Eydenn's place of operation. Disputes fall under the competent courts.
